About the Role
As our HRIS Business Analyst, you'll be at the intersection of HR and technology, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement solutions that drive business value. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand needs, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across HR functions
Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and generate actionable insights to drive decision-making
Project Planning: Create detailed project plans and support project management activities
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
Solution Design: Develop use cases and user stories to guide system implementations
Market Research: Conduct analysis of HR technology solutions and industry trends
Financial Assessment: Perform cost-benefit analysis for proposed technology solutions
Testing Coordination: Assist in developing test plans and ensuring quality assurance
Incident Management: Handle day-to-day incidents and queries from Talent Acquisition Partners
About the Team
The Corporate Functions IT team is dedicated to supporting and continuously improving HR Technology systems across the organization. We work closely with HR business partners to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to make HR processes more efficient and digitalized. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring HR systems operate smoothly while driving innovation to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
About You
You're a problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of people and technology. With strong analytical skills and business acumen, you excel at translating complex HR needs into practical technology solutions. You're comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a passion for improving processes through digital transformation.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors in any module
5+ years of HR technology implementation experience
Demonstrated expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
These are additional nice to haves:
Experience with additional HR systems beyond SuccessFactors
Knowledge of HR processes across multiple functions (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, etc.)
Project management certification or experience
Change management experience
Experience with Agile methodology
Background in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
Experience in a global or multi-regional organization
