Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Business Consultant to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, and project support. You will work closely with experienced consultants and stakeholders to help deliver strategic initiatives and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the development of business cases and project documentation.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and contribute to solution design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a consulting environment.
