Originally developed within the Asset Management department, this chapter expanded in 2023 to include Finance, allowing interns to experience a comprehensive business environment in collaboration with both functions.
This chapter introduces interns to the core principles of Asset Management and Finance at Swiss Re, providing hands-on experience with real data and insights into our investment management and financial reporting practices.
SparkIT
This chapter focuses on our Tech & Analytics teams within Asset Management, following a similar structure but tailored with unique projects and Business Case topics specific to technology and data analytics.
SparkIT exposes interns to real-world technology challenges. This track is ideal for students interested in data and application engineering, providing hands-on experience with tools like Oracle, PostgreSQL, Python, and cloud technologies, with a focus on collaboration between tech and business.

Who is eligible to apply for the Spark Internship?
University students in their 3rd to 5th year, with an interest in Finance, Asset Management, or Technology. For detailed requirements, see the application offer.

When is the enrolment period?
Applications open each spring. The programme starts in September and runs for nine months.
