Barbara Kerstens Co-CEO Voeding Leeft

Barbara Kerstens is Co-CEO at Voeding Leeft, a behavioral change expert, conference chair, speaker and storyteller. Voeding Leeft is a Dutch charity that develops lifestyle treatments including an innovative program to reverse type 2 diabetes that has helped more than 4,000 people. Barbara is responsible for the development of the lifestyle programmes and training and personal development of the support team.

Barbara studied Organisation Science (Amsterdam, the Netherlands) after completing the Hoge Hotelschool (Maastricht, the Netherlands) and has a deep interest in people, behavior, transformation and natural leadership. Not only is Barbara interested in the behavior of others, but she also investigates her own behavior and regularly goes out of her comfort zone to discover new patterns.
