Joshua Macabuag Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer Renew Risk

Joshua Macabuag, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Renew-Risk, is a Chartered Structural Engineer with a PhD in seismic and tsunami vulnerability from UCL. He has 14 years of experience in disaster risk including post-disaster response, NatCat R&D for several large (re)insurers, and building Oasis models to quantify risk for several developing country governments via the World Bank. At Renew Risk, Josh is leading a growing team to develop catastrophe models for renewables worldwide, and accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy.
