Karim Tejani Head of Legal Microsoft

Karim Tejani is Head of Legal for Microsoft Switzerland since 2021. In his role, he advises the company on legal matters and deal negotiations across various verticals and industries. Tejani also represents the company in industry as well as professional associations and engages with authorities and law/policy makers to help enable customers on their digital transformation journey by creating good framework conditions. Previously, he worked in various roles of increasing responsibility in companies such as Roche, KPMG, and ATAG Attorneys. Tejani holds a Master of Law from University of Basel, is admitted to the bar in Switzerland and is a Swiss certified Data Protection Officer.
