Komal Shah Behavioural Research Manager

Komal is a Behavioural Research Consultant within the Swiss Re Institute, focusing on innovative behavioural research applications to the insurance industry. Recent research contributions & speaking engagements include the topics of vaccine hesitancy, mental health and claims experience. She has also worked on applying behavioural science principles to digital insurance solutions and to pain points that our US clients face.

Prior to starting at Swiss Re, she worked in Insurance Asset Management at Goldman Sachs as a Client Relationship Manager. She holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology with distinction from University College London (UCL), and a first class degree in Economics from London School of Economics (LSE).
