Lee Worth Head Group Insurance at Specsavers

Lee spent 13 years working for Marsh, Gallagher and WTW managing the insurance programme placement and servicing for complex multinational clients. During that time he was also seconded into BP’s insurable risk team where he spent 12 months as part of their EMEA team. In 2019 Lee moved to lead the inhouse insurance team of Amey Plc and earlier this year moved to Specsavers to manage their corporate insurance and Healthcare and Risk Benefits team. He has been working with Big Ticket for nearly 2 years and is a founding member of the Big Ticket Global Client Council.
