Oriol Gaspa Rebull Head of UK Property Analytics Aon Reinsurance

Presently I lead the UK Property Analytics team in London. I supervise and help develop the catastrophe management, actuarial and research teams providing risk assessment to (re)insurance clients and their markets to enable appropriate risk transfer.

Between 2015 and 2020 I led the Japan Analytics team in Tokyo. Previous roles at Aon involved Catastrophe Management, Model Evaluation, and model development at Impact Forecasting.

Before Aon, I worked at the International Seismological Centre as a seismologist and developer. I specialized in seismic hazard, data processing and software development.

I hold an MSc. in Physics and a Msc. in Seismology from the University of Barcelona and have more than 9 years of experience in the field of geophysics with 3 of them working as a field seismologist.
