Valentin Splett Founder/CEO Peak Spirit GmbH

Valentin Splett has graduated in economics from University of Zurich. After 5 years as managing director of a Swiss biomedical technology company in the US, he joined the ETHZ-spinoff Ability Switzerland, specialized in robotic rehabilitation, to build and manage its marketing & sales operations. He also headed the company's post-merger-integration into medica Medizintechnik GmbH after the company was sold in 2016.

In 2018, Valentin started his own consulting firm. He advises executives and investors in healthcare ventures during high-growth phases and commercial turnarounds. Valentin holds several board positions with healthcare startups and SMEs and serves as a panel member and startup coach in incubators and accelerator programs.
